The Boss

It’s taken me a minute to fully embrace the term boss. I would work until my joints didn’t work. I’m actively learning how to delegate and let go. I’m a go-getter and a natural doer so when something isn’t done, my leadership style is to “Get it Done Myself”… So not sustainable! Hence the need to find balance.
